This is a legal Agreement between you and DeyChop.com. By submitting the online application, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Terms of our Services.

1. The DeyChop Partner Program is an initiative of DeyChop online shopping mall (DeyChop.com).
2. To participate in the DeyChop Partner Program, you must first agree to the terms of this membership. You’ll then register online on the DeyChop.com portal by firstly reading the terms of service of this Agreement and then clicking on the I HAVE READ THE DEYCHOP PARTNER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND I ACCEPT THE TERMS button to signify that you have agreed and accepted the terms of service of this Agreement.
3. You will be entitled to commission and back-end incentive which will be communicated to you through your email or the DeyChop portal. DeyChop has the right to review the commission from time to time, depending on the dynamics of the economy and prices of produce; and any changes will become effective upon such posting. 
4. You will promote DeyChop’s Products in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Your acceptance to participate in the program shall mean that you have entered into a direct contractual relationship with DeyChop. 
5. As you get Customers to buy DeyChop’s Produce online, the Customer shall directly pay to DeyChop the purchase price of any Produce resulting from the referral sale and you are not required to receive payments from a Customer on behalf of DeyChop. You shall not be concerned with the pick-up and delivery of purchased Produce to a Customer except you directly placed an order and made payment for the order to DeyChop on behalf of the said Customer. DeyChop shall be solely responsible for making delivery of Produce purchased by a Customer referred by you.
6. You shall be paid 2.5% of any order made by a Customer you referred. The Commission and payment due to you under this agreement shall be calculated in the official legal tender of Nigeria (the Naira Currency) and shall be paid into your DeyChop wallet.
