How much is the delivery charge?

The cost of delivery solely depends on the product ordered and the location of the product. The price and delivery charge for desired product is displayed on the check out page – that’s the amount to pay for that specific product. No extra charges.

Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?

Products sold directly by DeyChop are purchased from authorized natural foods distributors from different part of the country. The foods are directly sent across to customers straight from the distributor.

We also offer a standard 3 day return policy for eligible items in case you need to make a return as these are natural food products.

To return any items bought on DeyChop.com, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy. All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

How will the delivery be done?

We process most of our deliveries through our contracted Delivery Courier. As a marketplace, our featured sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers or delivering your order to you themselves. We recommend you pre-pay to DeyChop.com (via DeyChop.com, ATM or cash deposit/transfer) for your order in order to take advantage of our Buyer Protection Program.

Some deliveries may be processed through reputed couriers (there is no added cost to this).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 1 to 7 days. However, this may vary by location and even product. Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page before you make any payments.

Does DeyChop deliver internationally?

DeyChop.com doesn’t deliver items internationally at the moment and will update this Delivery Information the moment that is added to the vault. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria for now (Stay tuned for world wide delivery).

What about warranty & hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes (if any) are included with the listed prices.

Can my order be delivered the same day I order?

Yes it can. However, this tactically depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. You can identify such products at the checkout page.
