How do I place an order through the app?
Simply browse your favorite restaurants or foods by searching on the search bar or by scrolling through the list of restaurants, choose your meals, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout to finalize your order.
Can I order from multiple restaurants in a single transaction?
Yes, the app allows you to order from as many restaurants as possible in a given area. Just select a particular restaurant, order from them, add to cart and order from the next. Once done, check out to finalize your order.
How can I track the progress of my current order?
To track your order in real-time, Click on the “my order” tab in the side menu of the DeyChop app and then click on the ordered meal track order. You’ll get updates as your food is being prepared, dispatched, and delivered.
What payment options do I have for my order?
We support several payment methods, including credit/debit cards & in-app wallet. We do not offer payment on delivery at the moment.
What should I do if I receive the wrong order or my food is damaged?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact support via the app, and we’ll help resolve the problem quickly.
Is tipping the delivery rider mandatory?
Tipping is optional but greatly appreciated. You can add a tip for your rider at checkout if you choose to do so.
How can I leave feedback about my order or the restaurant?
After your order is delivered, you’ll have the option to rate your experience and provide feedback through the app’s review feature in each Restaurant’s profile.
Can I reorder something I’ve had before?
Yes, you can easily reorder your previous meals from your order history in the app.
Can I save my favorite restaurants or dishes?
Yes, you can save your favorite restaurants and meals in your profile for easy access during future orders. Just add them to favorites by tapping on the hearts button in front of the meal. To access your favorites, tap on the hearts icon on the bottom left corner of the app.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not available to receive your delivery, the rider will attempt to contact you. If they’re unable to reach you, they may have to return the order to the restaurant.
Can I use a promo code or discount for my order?
Yes, if you have a promo code, you can apply it at checkout to receive a discount or special offer.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on location distance to restaurant, and order size. You will be notified of the fee before you confirm your order.

You can contact customer support by navigating to the “Contact us” section in the side menu of the app and either call or message the support team for assistance.
